Weeknights and Weekends
We are looking for a cook in our pizza kitchen with nighttime and weekend availability. 2-4 shifts per week. Flexible with scheduling and conflicts. No experience necessary, we will train in all aspects of the kitchen.
Duties include:

Learning about, and contributing to the operation of a commercial kitchen environment including pizza line cook, sub line cook, baking, prep cooking, oven duties, fryers, prep work, stocking and inventory rotation and cleaning.
- Secure knowledge and understanding of menu and how to prepare each menu item
- Ability to comply with our cooking methods, portion sizes and standards to maintain consistency with our menu.
- Handle, rotate, store and stock all food products properly.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area as well as share in the responsibility and maintenance of the entire kitchen area and equipment throughout the shift and for closing.
- Understanding of how to use a variety of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Assist and work alongside a crew in the evening/dinner time operation.
- Communication with waitstaff and delivery drivers
- Possible Cross training into other areas of our restaurant to get the full scope of food service, including food truck.

Must be open to working collaboratively with others and be able to handle a fast paced environment.

Hourly wages. Pay is determined by experience in the food service industry. Discounted meal with each shift worked.
