In our excitement to celebrate the Mardi Gras season with a Mardi Gras themed pizza for the February Pizza of the Month, we jumped the gun a bit.  We created a pizza specifically to celebrate this famous New Orleans Party…which we assumed was in February.  Buuuuuuut, it’s actually not until March.  Oh well, we are moving forward with the “Kickin Cajun” despite being off by a month!  

This pizza starts off with our own homemade crust.  We then top it with white sauce, Cajun flavored Cheese curds, Chef Shorty’s hand tossed, special recipe Cajun Shrimp and Mozzarella Cheese!
