We are borrowing the famous burnt ends brisket recipe from our friends in Kansas City for the May Pizza of the Month. Smoked with a hickory flavor and blended with cream cheese and a variety of seasonings we then top it off with mushrooms and onions and a blend of mozzarella and fresh parmesan cheese.
