Cole's Pizza

Our May Pizza of the Month was created by a long term employee of ours at the Pizza Barn, Cole Eller.  Cole started as a delivery for us in the fall of 2021.  He worked for us through high school as well as his undergrad years in college.  It is time for Cole to graduate from his time at The Barn and move on complete his degree.   One of Cole's favorite meals at work was of his own creation.  He turned multiple co-corkers on to his concoction and it has become a favorite for many employees.   We will simply call it "Cole's Pizza" in honor of his 4+ years as a driver and driver manager for us.  We start with our own house pizza crust, and then add Ranch Dressing that is made in house by our driving staff.  From there, well done Crinkle Cut French Fries, a blend of Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese, Cheddar Cheese and topped with Bacon Crumbles.  Add a side of ketchup, as Cole does to make it "fire."  Other employees have taken it a step further by adding diced chicken for a slight upcharge.
