Our theme this Summer for our Pizza of the Month series. goes further South of the Border than Iowa! We are going Mexican with our Pizzas this summer starting off with the "Flat Enchilada" for the month of June.
This one starts AS ALWAYS with our own house pizza crust. Next comes Chef Shorty's homemade Enchilada Sauce and we top it off with Beef Barbacoa, Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese, Black Olives, Fresh Queso Crumbles and Cilantro.
