Pizza of the Month

The Oktoberfest

Our October POTM continues to be a popular choice and a great addition to the fall season and the time of the year best known as Oktoberfest! It;s become a welcome tradition here at the Barn to have this POTM as our selection every October. It’s “the Oktoberfest!” We start off, as always, with our own homemade pizza crust. Then we add a tangy BBQ sauce, diced Bratwurst, saurkraut and we top it off with a combination of freshly shredded mozzarella and swiss cheese. For a little added flavor, we end with some freshly ground black pepper. Lots of flavor true to the theme of Oktoberfest! It’s great paired with any of our domestic or craft beers! Get it dine in, take out, delivery, or take n’ bake for the entire month of October!
